This year the lives of many brilliant, talented artists have come to an end. I'm not sure why 2009 seems to be so cursed. Whatever the reason, I'm disappointed that I have only now discovered the work of Sam Haskins - shortly after his death. An Australian photographer from a beautiful little town (that I personally love) called Borwal, just outside of Sydney, who had successfully made his mark in NYC recently with his exhibition "Fashion Etcetera". It's sad to know that this will be the last installment we will see from him.
